By browsing goalpari.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies we link to from this page, such as our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy. Please read them carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, and any changes apply from the moment they are published. We recommend checking back now and then. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose and not to break any laws that apply to you while using our website. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, upload viruses or harmful code, or try to access parts of the website that are not meant to be public.
We may suspend or refuse access to our website or services to anyone who breaks these terms.
SECTION 3: GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or misuse.
Payment card details are always encrypted when they are sent over the internet. Other information you send through the website may pass through various networks as part of normal technical processes.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use any part of our website, including our photographs, product descriptions and written content, without our written permission.
Our products are sold for personal use. If we have reason to believe an order is being placed for resale, we may cancel it.
SECTION 4: PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work hard to make sure our product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please keep in mind that pottery is often glazed and finished in small batches, so slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, shape and size are natural and part of the character of each piece. These small differences are not considered faults.
Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen settings, so we cannot guarantee that what you see on your device exactly matches the item in real life.
Care instructions are provided on our product pages. Please follow them to keep your pieces in good condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as placing items in an oven, microwave or dishwasher where the product description advises against it.
Some items may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 5: PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on goalpari.com are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
SECTION 6: ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we are unable to verify your payment. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, and to let us know promptly if anything changes.
SECTION 7: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery: free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.
Insured Express Delivery: £4.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. This option includes insurance cover for your parcel while it is in transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched. Occasionally, delays may happen due to courier issues, severe weather or busy periods. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it could not be delivered and was not collected, we may charge for redelivery.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
SECTION 8: DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Pottery is fragile, and although we pack every order with care, breakages can sometimes happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@goalpari.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Once we have reviewed your message, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please keep the item and its packaging until we have resolved your request, as the courier may need to see them.
SECTION 9: YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To cancel, please email us at info@goalpari.com with your order number before the 14 day period ends.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and well packaged to avoid breakage. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost of your original order within 14 days. If you chose Insured Express Delivery, we will refund the equivalent of our standard delivery option. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

SECTION 10: THIRD PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our website may include links to other websites or use tools provided by third parties, such as payment providers and delivery companies. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Please read their terms before using them.
SECTION 11: REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them on our website and marketing channels without payment to you. We may show your first name and town alongside a published review.
You agree that anything you send us will be honest, will not break anyone else's rights and will not contain offensive, unlawful or harmful material. We may remove any content we consider inappropriate.

Any personal information you provide through our website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
SECTION 13: ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
From time to time, our website may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, offers, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to update information at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue or cancel with a full refund.

We do our best to keep our website running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use only.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
SECTION 15: INDEMNITY
You agree to compensate us for any claims, costs or losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 16: EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes or technical failures. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
SECTION 17: SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the terms will continue to apply.
SECTION 18: TERMINATION
These terms apply until they are ended by you or by us. You can stop using our website at any time. If we believe you have broken these terms, we may refuse you access to the website or cancel any outstanding orders. Any obligations that arose before this point will still apply.
SECTION 19: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms, together with any policies published on our website, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of goalpari.com and any purchases you make. If we do not enforce a right under these terms straight away, this does not mean we have given up that right.
SECTION 20: GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
